Velvetcase.com celebrates a Green Diwali by planting 1000 trees

In the spirit of making Mother Earth greener & better on the occasion of Diwali, the brand planted more than thousand trees on behalf of their key stakeholders at the periphery of Kumbhalgarh Sanctuary, Udaipur.

This Diwali, amidst loud noise and heavy smoke of fire-crackers, India’s multi-brand jewellery destination, VelvetCase undertook a unique initiative towards eco-friendly Diwali celebration. In the spirit of making Mother Earth greener & better on the occasion of Diwali, the brand planted more than thousand trees on behalf of their key stakeholders at the periphery of Kumbhalgarh Sanctuary, Udaipur. In this noble initiative, VelvetCase joined hands with Grow Trees, a company dedicated to making the environment greener.

Further elaborating on the same, CEO Kapil Hetamsaria said, “We decided to celebrate the festival of lights in a unique manner from this year by planting more than 1000 trees on behalf of our stakeholders. This is our small contribution towards making our environment greener and better. And at the same time help grow awareness on eco-friendly Diwali celebrations. We got amazing feedback for this initiative, with many of our stakeholders sharing their gratitude on taking this step on their behalf, which gives us great motivation to come up with such engaging ideas for every occasion.”
