Chandukaka Saraf & Sons launches 14th showroom in Maharashtra

The new showroom is located at Vidya Tower, Pencil Chowk, MIDC, Baramati.

Chandukaka Saraf & Sons Pvt Ltd a well known brand from Western Maharashtra in  India is Baramati-based  which is also known as the ‘Most Trusted Jeweller of Maharashtra’, due to the trust and customer faith earned since 1827, firm has recently launched its 14th brand at MIDC Pencil Chowk at Baramati.

The setting Sun of the Last Day of the Hindu year, witnessed the rise of the “World Class Gems & Jewellery Showroom Opening” at the hands of former Defense & Agriculture Minister Padma-Vibhushan Hon’ble Sharad Pawar & his wife Hon’ble Mrs. Pratibha Pawar. The program was graced by the benign presence of the Chairman  of the  All India Gems & Jewellery Trade Federation  Nitin Khandelwal.

The program proved historic in many respects as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company Kishorkumar Shah, Atulkumar Shah & the budding Director Siddharth Shah, commemorating the Golden Jubilee of Pawar’s parliamentary career, gratefully conferred on him “The Scroll of Honour” at the hands of Smt. Kusumbai Jindatta Shah which also reflected the years old families ties. In response to the invitation, Pawar made it a point to attend the function alongwith his family members Mrs. Sunetra Pawar, Chairperson of High-Tech Textiles Park Ltd , Mrs. Sunanda Pawar, Trustee of Agricultural Development Trust, Baramati. Dignitaries from various organisations including Vishwas Devkate, President of the Pune Zilla Parishad, Hon’ble Mayor of the City of Baramati Mrs. Poornima Tawre, Speaker Sanjay Bhosle and the fellow businessmen were also seen present in large number on the occasion.

Pawar, while announcing the opening of the MIDC based grand showroom recollected his ties with Chandukaka Saraf & the contribution of the people engaged with the business of Gold Jewllery, Refinery & Ornaments. He saluted their brave character by establishing their identities in the unknown provinces of the country and for becoming “an Uniting Thread” to cherish the spirit of National Integration. Recollecting the bygone days, he further highlighted the uniqueness of the Gold Jewellery Business as it has been one of the very few, trusted and time-tested options for the customers for years unknown. As usual & in his own style, making the hot-afternoon-weather cool by his comment, Pawar pointed out his wife’s rare presence in public functions and pleasantly surprised to see her inaugurating the leading Indian Jewellery Shops and the stories of success of these showrooms thereafter. Pawar continued and said, if at all, he could have known of all God Gifted abilities of his wife Pratibha, as his “Bhagya-Laxmi for Gold Business”, he would have never entered into politics and would have preferred to be a “Gold Businessman”, instead, but alas the days are no more and it was but ‘the Road not Taken’ for him’.

On behalf of the Owners, suppliers, artists and others, while delivering his speech Khandelwal, who purposefully made it to attend the function, expressed his heartfelt feelings of gratitude towards Sharad Pawar and thanked him for the services he has been rendering to Gold Industry since many years. He appreciated Pawar’s efforts at the national level in the form of abolishment of the excise duties in 2005 & his continuous practice of attending the general body meet of the businessmen’s local bodies to understand their problems even at the local level. Mr. Khandelwal, while adding emotions to his speech, also appreciated the “CS family” for leading the community by example and simplicity.

On this historic occasion, the Chairman & Managing Director of CSPL Kishorkumar Shah , in his introductory speech informed about the growth of the business during last decade and took a review of commercial and social activities of CSPL . In continuation of the “CSPL programs of social welfare & women empowerment”, he declared the CSPL Board’s decisions to work for the Girls’ Education by following the footprints of Mr. & Mrs. Pawar. Apart from he also welcoming with expressing his old memories with the Baramati and given thanks to all valuable customers who always trust on CSPL. The dynamic Director of CSPL & a graduate from USA-Texas-Tech, Siddharth Shah proposed the Vote-of-Thanks. The architects of the CSPL success story Mrs. Neha & Mrs. Sangita Shah, Aditya Shah were also seen busy in attending the guests assembled in Baramati from various states of India. Dr. Vivek Rankhambe anchored the program.
