The Significance of Industry Events:

Events like the JYWS Premier League play an integral role in the jewellery industry. Beyond the business world, such gatherings foster lasting bonds among industry members. Founded with the mission to unite the jewellery trade community, the Premier League—alongside other JYWS initiatives like seminars, social gatherings, and polo matches—has built relationships that transcend transactions into lifelong friendships. JYWS President, Shri Naresh Agroya, emphasized, “This league is not just about competition; it’s about creating memories and strengthening our bonds.”

Behind the Scenes: Organizing the Event

An event of this scale requires meticulous planning and coordination. From securing the venue at SJ Public School to arranging player auctions and managing logistics, the Jewellers Youth & Welfare Society and the dedicated JYWS Cricket Committee left no stone unturned. Organizing for 12 teams and around 100 participants, along with their families and friends, involved months of preparation. The committee ensured that the matches ran smoothly, the audience was entertained with fresh refreshments, and players had all necessary safety kits and equipment to perform at their best.

The excitement and energy were palpable as the community came together to celebrate this annual event. The media partners included Indian Jeweller and the JYWS Cricket Committee, comprised of Anubhav Khatoriya, Chandu Jain, Krishan Mohan Sonkiya, Prateek Luhadiya, Rupesh Tambi, Siddharth Saraf, and Vinish Agarwal, worked tirelessly to ensure the league's success.

Looking Ahead

From thrilling competitions to lasting friendships, the JYWS Premier League is a testament to the strength and unity of Jaipur’s jewellery community.  Agroya shared, “The spirit of the event was beautifully captured by the motto, ‘Friendship born on the field is the real gold of competition. Awards become corroded, but friends gather no dust.’ This year’s tournament strengthened bonds and created memories that will last a lifetime"
