The initiative shines a spotlight on solidarity and knowledge-sharing, featuring four accomplished women from diverse fields who inspire, educate, and empower others through their expertise.

Women flourish when they support and mentor each other, whether at home, in the workplace, online, or in society at large. Recognizing this, Senco Gold & Diamonds has introduced a special knowledge-sharing series, Be Knowledgeable. Be Empowered. The series showcases insights from Shivani Shah, Chartered Accountant & TEDx Speaker; Abir Mukherjee, Senior Civil Lawyer; Joita Sen, Director, Senco Gold & Diamonds; and Subhashree Sen, CHRO, Senco Gold & Diamonds. Each of these inspiring women shares valuable lessons from their journeys, providing crucial knowledge that equips women to make informed decisions and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

“As a brand, we strongly believe that true empowerment comes through knowledge and community support,” says Joita Sen, Director of Senco Gold & Diamonds. “With #SheForHer, we aim to not just celebrate women but also provide them with the tools and information they need to thrive. This campaign is a tribute to every woman who lifts another up and helps build a stronger, more empowered society.”

The core message of #SheForHer encourages women to take charge of their financial independence, be aware of their rights, and break barriers in professional spheres. By reinforcing that Women’s Day is not just a one-day event but a year-round movement, Senco Gold & Diamonds invites women from all walks of life to join this initiative.

With #SheForHer, the brand sets forth a movement dedicated to educating, empowering, and uplifting women, ensuring that every woman has the support and resources needed to succeed.
