The India Pavilion at Vicenza Oro Fair 2025, one of Europe’s leading jewellery trade events, was inaugurated on September 5 by Shri Lavanya Kumar, Consul General of India in Milan. The fair runs through September 9.
The opening ceremony was attended by Krishna Behari Goyal, Convener of the Silver Panel at the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC); Italian Exhibition Group officials Matteo and Fabrizio Lombardo; and Ajay Purohit, Chief Manager at GJEPC. The delegation toured the pavilion as well as other key exhibits at the fair.
This year’s India Pavilion brings together 30 companies across 41 stalls, covering more than 620 square metres. Exhibitors are presenting a wide range of products, including diamond and gemstone-studded jewellery, loose diamonds and coloured gemstones, and lab-grown diamonds — reflecting India’s diverse strengths in global jewellery manufacturing and trade.
