After jewellery manufacturing and exporting companies its time for the renowned jewellery retailers to launch their initial public offerings (IPO) and make a shift from a private company to a public company.
Tiffany & Co. is about to open its first fine jewellery store in Amsterdam during the fall season of 2009. The store will be located within a historic building situated at 86-88 PC Hooftstraat - the city's leading shopping locale. The store measures 195 sq mtrs, with interiors that will combine the aura of the building's original facade and a contemporary appeal. %% The display at the boutique will include Tiffany collections of diamond jewellery, signature designs of Elsa Peretti, Paloma Picasso, Jean Schlumberger and Frank Gehry.
