During the JCK Las Vegas show, Israeli diamond manufacturing and export company - Lili Diamonds finalised buying office space in the International Gem Tower. Avi Siman-Tov, one of the partners in the family-owned, global firm, said "Our acquisition of space in the Gem Tower is in line with our company's strategy to expand our marketing efforts and overall presence in the United States. This was a significant investment for us but well worth the opportunity to own a premium office in the tower." %% The company is reputed to be an innovator with diamond and diamond jewellery products, in particular its proprietary Lili-cut diamond. Raizy Haas, Senior Vice President of Extell Development, the company behind the International Gem Tower said, "The market is showing real signs of improvement which has given companies the confidence to invest in their businesses."
