The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) has planned hosting this year’s edition of its annual GIA Jewelry Career Fair and Open House on October 22, at its Carlsbad world headquarters. This coveted recruitment and career building platform, will host an opening panel session entitled ‘Job Success in Today’s Market’ having top industry executives as panelists including: Alan Bell, managing director of The Bell Group, Inc., dba Rio Grande; Douglas Kazanjian, CEO of Kazanjian Bros, Inc.; David Pomije, CEO of Top Hat, Inc.; and Mark Smelzer, publisher of JCK magazine and JCKonline.com. Donna Baker, GIA president and CEO, will moderate.
