The American Gem Society has outlined latest topics on body language clues, marketing ideas that go from high tech to no tech, and effective communication through Facebook and Twitter, amongst others, for discussions at its 2011 Conclave in San Francisco. The Society has announced the best-selling authors and leaders who will be presenting these programmes as featured speakers. %% Body-Language expert and renowned author, Janine Driver, will present YOU SAY MORE THAN YOU THINK: A 7-Day Plan on Using the New Body Language to Get What You Want. Janine, who is NBC’s Today show Body Language Contributor, will teach members how to control and alter the dynamics of any interaction to address a situation. %% Patricia Fripp, the author of Speaker’s Edge, and Speaking Secrets of the Masters, will provide guidance through “How to Get, Keep and Deserve Your Customers,” innovative and interactive programme. Participants will learn ways to turbocharge their marketing programs. Jake Greene, founder of Greene Group, a consulting firm working on corporate growth, change and branding, will present “Face Time Versus Facebook Time: Communicating Across Generational Gaps.” This topic will attempt at bridging the gap between the computer savvy generation and the previous ones. Jake will provide guidance and insight to help close the gap. %% “One of the theme’s of the 2011 Conclave is building bridges—how can members build successful bridges to their future?
