Rajasthan is synonymous with exquisite Kundan Meena and Jadau Jewellery. Since a long time, Jaipur, the hub of gems and jewellery, has witnessed many established names that have not only nurtured but also spread the art of jewellery making far and wide. One such name is Rambhajo’s.

Inception
Keeping with the tradition of Rajasthan’s speciality in making Kundan Meena and Jadau jewellery, the group’s jewellery business was started by Late Shri Kishan Gilara (Rambhajo) in 1921. The brand name comes from Sri Kishan Gilara’s deep devotion to “Lord Ram”. Due to his ardent faith and being a devout follower of Lord Ram, the brand got its name – Rambhajo. Today the Gilara family is known as Rambhajo family amidst the jewellery fraternity.

It’s all in the family

Following in his footsteps, Shri Kishanji’s son Shri Badri Narain Gilara carried on the brand philosophy and earned more fame and respect due to his truthful behaviour. After him, the third generation - grandson Shri Gordhan Das Gilara and Shri Girraj Prasad Gilara - too entered the business, with a soul motto of customer satisfaction. With a team of artisans, they started manufacturing designer Kundan Jadau jewellery to offer complete-value-formoney. The group grew stronger with the dedication of both the brothers and their positive strategy.Presently, the fourth generation Gilaras – Nitin, Abhishek, Prateek and Vipul – is running the business. Younger generation has brought into fully IT-enabled systematic functioning into the business to achieve their vision of catering to the jewellery need of every single Indian.
