JMAIIE 2022, India’s first expo on jewellery machinery kicks off

The event will also have leading companies participating from countries like Germany, Italy, Hong Kong, Thailand and Turkey, who are the heavyweights of the industry

KNC Services is organizing Asia’s biggest and India’s first event for jewellery machinery and allied products /services, JMAIIE 2022, at NESCO Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, from April 5 to April 8, 2022.

The show is powered by JMA Forum and will have more than 500 companies exhibiting their latest technology. The event will also have leading companies participating from countries like Germany, Italy, Hong Kong, Thailand and Turkey, who are the heavyweights of the industry.

It was inaugurated by Minister of Industries, Maharashtra, Subhash Desai, who was also the chief guest, along with Shyam Jagannathan (IAS), Zonal Development Commissioner, SEZ, who was the guest of honour.

Key dignitaries present on the dais included C.P. Chauhan, Joint Development Commissioner, SEZ; Nishat S Haque, Deputy Director General (West) – BIS; Farhad Sethna, Chairman – JMA Forum; Kranti Nagvekar, Managing Director – KNC Services; Satpal Kapoor, Convenor – JMAIIE; Donald Michael, Secretary, JMA Forum.

Some of the top companies participating at the expo include Gold Star Powder Private Limited, Yehuda, Western Enterprises, Solanki Mechanic Works, Yasui Field Engineering Pvt Ltd., Global Services, Rajesh Enterprises, Arihant Enterprise, EAGLE Industries, Will and Wisdom, Nickunj Exim, Ashyln Chemunnoor Instruments, Asian Laser, Shree Rapid Technology, Do It Impex Pvt Ltd, ProGold India, and so forth.

Speaking on the occasion, Desai said, “This event will change the game in the jewellery manufacturing space. It will add tremendous value to the domain. This show will provide adequate exposure to the industry players across India. I’m sure many hidden gems will get the much-needed limelight. It’s truly a great contribution towards positioning India as a significant player of the domain on the global platform”

Nagvekar said, “There wasn’t any exclusive, independent machinery show in India. This show will take care of the huge need gap and will benefit the entire Indian jewellery manufacturing industry, plus the countries around us. It will help put Indian jewellery machinery companies on the world map. JMAIIE will witness close to 10,000 visitors during the four-day expo. JMAIIE truly positions, ‘Make in India initiative’ and is poised to become the largest sourcing hub for jewelllery machinery and allied products worldwide.”
