The Precious Gems and Jewellery Show (PGJS), which will take place on January 16 and January 17 at Hotel Paradise Nandanwan lawns in Ahmednagar, aims to bring together fine jewellery businesses for a business-to-business meet.

The trade show will feature up to 100 businesses in the fine jewellery, gemstones, and precious metal industries, PGJS announced on Facebook.

The event expects around 1,000 trade visitors and aims to link up manufacturers with wholesalers, buyers, retailers, and distributors, and facilitate business deals to help grow the domestic industry. An awards ceremony will also take place to celebrate the achievements of jewellery companies.

“This is a gateway for all the manufacturers and wholesalers to showcase their brand to thousands of premium buyers throughout Maharashtra, Goa, and Karnataka,” the trade show said in a statement.

The event is organised by CaVok Services, and is supported by the Gold Jewellers Council- Ahmednagar Gold Jewellers Cluster and BVC Logistics. The trade show will also hold editions in Solapur and Pune in 2022.

From September 17 to 18, 2022, Precious Gems and Jewellery Show will take place at Solapur’s Hotel Balaji Sarovar. From December 3 to 5, the event will travel to Pune for an edition at the city’s Siddhi Banquets.
