De Beers Forum all set to Bedazzle the Industry with the theme ‘A Diamond is Forever’

The Forum this year will celebrate the Diamond Jubliee of the legendary phrase ‘A Diamond is Forever’ coined in the year 1947

The year 2022 is an important one in the long and successful journey of De Beers  – it is the 75th anniversary of the most iconic phrase in the history of diamonds: A Diamond is Forever. As the diamond industry is energized with renewed hope and vigour with an undeterred demand for diamond jewellery across the world, this ubiquitous phrase is still relevant after 75 years. With this underlying theme, the De Beers  Forum will be hosted in Mumbai from 29th June - 1st July at J.W Mariott, Sahar.

In 1947 these words were created by copywriter Mary Frances Gerety for De Beers and the phrase will reiterate the importance that De Beers, as a brand, gives to the promise of ‘forever’ between relationships. Love and emotions are universal languages best defined by rare, natural beautiful diamonds that will last forever, anywhere in the world.

De Beers’ top management representatives and the think tanks are physically attending this year’s Forum, so the brand’s partners will have an opportunity to interact and learn from them.

As always, there is a lot to look forward to in terms of innovations at this year’s forum  – with projection mapping, virtual reality, gamification & a lot more, the forum will demonstrate De Beers'  brand story and display how technology can be innovatively used on the retail floor.

The forum will host eminent speakers from its global team as well as entrepreneurs from Fortune 500 companies and from the new world of the Metaverse. After having done ample research in the realm of retail innovation, visitors can witness the launch of new designs and trends as well.
