Bengaluru-based D2C fine jewellery brand GIVA has rolled out GIVA Go, a new express delivery service that brings same-day and next-day delivery to customers in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi.
D2C fine jewellery brand GIVA has launched GIVA Go, a new express delivery service that promises same-day and next-day delivery of select jewellery pieces across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi. With this rollout, GIVA is bringing the speed of quick commerce to the world of fine jewellery—offering customers a convenient, on-demand option for last-minute gifting or impulse buys.
The new service is aimed at modern consumers who value both immediacy and aesthetic appeal. Whether it’s for a birthday, a spontaneous celebration, or a self-indulgent moment, GIVA Go ensures that orders placed before 1 PM can be delivered the same day, while those placed by 3 PM can reach customers within a few hours in select localities.
“With GIVA Go, we’re bringing speed as a strategic edge to the jewellery-buying experience,” said Anirudh Kudwa, Chief Revenue Officer at GIVA. “It meets the rising demand for faster fulfilment while staying true to our promise of quality, design, and thoughtful packaging. This strengthens our position in India’s eCommerce ecosystem and reaffirms our commitment to building a seamless, trust-led experience.”
Powered by a network of strategically placed dark stores and third-party logistics partners, GIVA Go reflects the brand’s move to align jewellery with other fast-moving categories like beauty, fashion, and skincare. Eligible products are marked with the ‘GIVA Go’ badge on the brand’s website and mobile app.
The launch comes at a time when consumer expectations around speed and convenience are rapidly evolving. By offering same-day and next-day delivery, GIVA is tapping into this shift and making fine jewellery feel as accessible and immediate as everyday lifestyle products.
Currently, the service is limited to a curated collection, but GIVA plans to expand GIVA Go to additional cities in the coming months.
