ORO, a renowned manufacturer of gold jewellery, with a forte in gold bangles, launched a retailer promotional initiative, encouraging and enabling retailers to periodically present their consumers with fresh new designs. It introduced an exchange scheme, in which ORO retailers exchange their old ORO collection for a new ORO collection - a prospect which many retailers took up eagerly. The scheme runs between 20th and 28th Feb 2011. This initiative follows ORO’s belief that design is of the essence for the consumers, who seek a fresh designs now and then. It was also an opportunity for ORO to grow its association with its retailers, and in turn leverage its continuous growth curve.
