On the auspicious occasion of Varamahalakshmi Vratam, Abaran Timeless Jewellery, Bengaluru presented its unique  “Lakshmi Stothram” video. The latest campaign aims to create awareness about long lost traditions and educate the younger generation about the grandeur of Indian traditions. 

According Pratap Kamath, MD, Abaran Timeless Jewellery, Bengaluru, “We used to see every jeweller circulating messages like: Happy Independence Day, or Happy Varmahalakshmi Puja etc. I believe on traditional occasions just wishing happiness and including a picture symbolizing that day does not actually add any value to the customs and traditions of this great country. We need to educate the younger generation and remind them of the values and greatness of these traditions. So we have thought of bringing out meaningful videos, which will act as more than mere advertising campaigns.”

The significance of these traditions when told simplistically, serves as a reminder to the younger generations which seems to have a disconnect with age-old traditions and culture. The campaigns have been ideated by Preeti Pratap Kamath.
