CaratLane, a TATA product and India’s leading omni-channel jewellery brand, has reignited its #WearYourWins movement ahead of International Women’s Day, encouraging women to celebrate their personal victories—big or small.

As part of this initiative, CaratLane conducted a social experiment featuring three inspiring women—a teacher, a single mother, and an entrepreneur—who initially struggled to acknowledge their achievements. Their perspectives shifted as loved ones highlighted their impact, reinforcing the movement’s message that every win deserves recognition.

To amplify the campaign, CaratLane partnered with UnErase Poetry artists Priya Malik and Sainee Raj, using spoken-word storytelling to inspire more women.

Shaifali Gautam, CMO of CaratLane, stated, “Only 30% of women celebrate their wins. With #WearYourWins, we want to spark a cultural shift—encouraging women to honour their successes with jewellery and embrace self-celebration.”
