‘Earn & Return’ philosophy in action as Ahmedabad-based jewellery firm celebrates loyalty and legacy. Marking a major milestone in FY 2024–25, Kabra Jewels Limited not only crossed Rs 200 crore in turnover but also honoured the employees who have been with the company since its founding—with the gift of brand-new cars.
Ahmedabad-based Kabra Jewels Limited, a well-established name in India’s B2B jewellery sector, has announced that it crossed a turnover of Rs 200 crores in the financial year 2024–2025. Founded in 2006 by Kailash Kabra, the company has built a reputation not just for business growth, but also for valuing people who help make that growth possible.
To mark this milestone, Kabra Jewels gifted cars to 12 employees who have been with the company since the very beginning. Instead of investing in a personal luxury, the founder chose to celebrate those who had stood by him over nearly two decades of steady growth and challenges.
“These gifts are our token—our vote of thanks to the employees who have powered this company,” said Kailash Kabra. “We are here because of their dedication and hard work.”
This gesture reflects the company’s core belief in what Kabra calls ‘Earn & Return’. “It’s what I believe in. I want to continue doing good for my team first, and then for society,” he added.
The moment of gifting was not just symbolic—it was personal. Employees expressed both surprise and deep appreciation. “We never imagined something like this,” said one recipient. “It’s not just about the gift—it’s about being remembered and recognised.”
Another employee shared, “This is the kind of gesture that tells you that your contribution mattered.”
Kabra Jewels has long cultivated a culture of trust and mutual respect. The company runs a referral-based hiring system, with many team members recommending others they know and trust. Kabra has been vocal about his belief that loyalty has great value, and the company’s structure reflects his view.
In past years, Kabra Jewels has introduced incentive programmes that reward long-serving employees—including performance bonuses that, in some cases, amounted to up to 25 times the employee’s monthly salary. These aren’t one-off gestures but part of a consistent approach to recognising people behind the process.
Adding a personal touch to the car gifting ceremony, Kabra Jewels also invited some of their trusted clients to hand over the keys to the recipients, turning it into a shared celebration between team and clientele. It was a gesture designed not just to reward, but to reinforce the values the company stands for—gratitude, continuity, and connection.
