This collaboration introduces an exclusive PAN-India IIG Designer of the month competition for IIG students, offering them a unique opportunity to conceptualize, create, and see their designs brought to life.

Winning designs will be manufactured in 22K and 18K gold at Shringar’s state-of-the-art facility, ensuring students gain real-world exposure beyond the classroom. The designs will be judged by an esteemed panel featuring Chetan Thadeshwar, Chairman & MD of Shringar House of Mangalsutra Ltd., Rahul Desai, CEO & MD of IIG, and two leading jewellery retailers (jointly selected by Shringar and IIG). Finalists will have the chance to showcase their work at a grand finale event, with top designers securing paid internships or employment at Shringar, along with sponsorship opportunities.
